NPS Specialist (drilling support)
1. Work as an expert on regulatory issues in the field of licensing and subsoil use, as well as maintenance of drilling and all well operations.
2. Preparation of application documents for obtaining licenses for the use of subsoil, making changes to them
3. Ensuring compliance with licensing agreements
4. Preparation / coordination of statistical reporting under the terms of licenses, geological exploration, production of oil and gas, etc., related to subsoil use and development of fields.
5. Coordination of the development of standards for losses and obtaining appropriate approvals.
6. Coordination of the development and coordination of annual mining programs
7. Development of subsoil monitoring programs and obtaining relevant approvals.
8. Coordination of the development and coordination of geological reports on subsoil sites
9. Participation in the preparation, review and approval of project documentation related to subsoil use and drilling
10. Interaction with representatives of control and supervisory authorities on issues of subsoil use, drilling and maintenance of wells
11. Management and supervision of the work of technical experts, consultants, contractors involved in the implementation of tasks related to subsoil use and drilling.
12. Conducting inspections / evaluations / audits, participation in inspections and closing prescription points.
13. Consideration of the state of affairs in the field of resolving problematic issues from the moment of their occurrence until the resolution, including the resolution of issues and the implementation of recommendations arising from inspections.
14. Active participation in the consideration of issues relating to subsoil use during the acceptance, commissioning and operation of facilities.
15. Preparation and submission of reports and applications in order to obtain the necessary approvals and permits.
16. Preparation of responses to requests from regulatory authorities and project personnel.
17. Consideration of newly introduced legislation, and (or) changes in the current legislation to identify potential regulatory requirements or controversial issues, notifying the management of new obligations arising from the introduction of new legislation and (or) changes in the current legislation;
18. Perform other duties as directed and as determined by the Division in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
19. Attendance of all seminars and training programs, including self-training of online training programs identified by the Company as mandatory for all employees;
20. Safe and responsible performance of the assigned work, compliance with labor protection rules, as well as timely notification to the supervisor of accidents, injuries, accidents and dangerous working conditions at his workplace, and similar incidents at workplaces of other employees witnessed by worker.
