The Role:
We are looking to recruit for a Gladstone based Administration Assistant to report and provide support to the Gladstone Facility Manager.
As the successful candidate your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • The first point of contact for visitors
  • Oversee the new starter on boarding process
  • Process and coordinate Domestic & International travel
  • Provide diary management and meeting room management
  • Oversee the travel and expense reporting
  • Check and monitor the stationary and office supplies
  • Create SAP requisitions

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

  • 3-5 Years of demonstrated experience in a similar position
  • Qualification in Business Administration
  • Excellent and well developed communication skills
  • Intermediate with Microsoft Office Suite, SAP & Desirable experience in Microsoft Visio
