The Role:
Our client is looking for an experienced Contingent Workforce Advisor to provide day to day management of contingent workforce population in partnership with Agencies, HRBP's, HR Recruitment Team, Supply Chain and Accounts Payable. The role is a critical position covering a critical scope of work in bringing together international agreements for provision of project labour. Our client is ideally looking for someone who has internal experience and has worked on PSA's. This position will interact with the leadership team but also support any tactical issues that need resolution (ensure problems are resolved).

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* Providing advice and support to Recruitment Team and HRBP's on end to end contingent workforce recruitment
* Functional day-to-day guidance / direction to the Contingent Workforce Coordinator
* Undertake annual contingent workforce rate reviews in accordance with the agency agreements including collection of current market data, prepare analysis, make presentations and seek approval
* Manage Agencies in collaboration with Supply Chain and HR Resourcing Team
* Oversee creation of new contingent workforce files (electronic) and ensure contingent workforce compliance records are completed and filed
* Ensure setup of contingent workforce information in SAP and coordination of contractor inductions
* Coordinate of contractor mobilisation, demobilisation, FIFO terms, allowances and relocations
* Provide contingent workforce support to the Project including any oversees locations - Prepare a plan, engage the appropriate Agencies, ensure terms and conditions align to the company
* Coordinate reviews of psychometric testing, pre-employment medicals, and reference checking processes
* Act as subject matter expert for Resourcing
* Recruitment Management System Beeline Contingent Workforce VMS system Super User
* Supply monthly and ad-hoc reporting/metrics on contingent workforce population as needed and weekly Supply chain reports

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources studies
* Experience in an HR generalist and/ or resourcing position
* Previous experience in generalist HR activities such as HR policy application, performance management, salary review, new employee on-boarding and induction. Targeted selection and other recruitment training essential
* Experience managing end to end recruitment for permanent and contractor roles on a national and international scale
* Experience working with recruitment agency contracts and an understanding of the third party contractual employment relationship

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
* Experience in coordinating vendors providers for international resourcing, mobilization and destination support services - including participating in vendor selection, process implementation and vendor management
* Experience working in the oil and gas industry
* Solid administrative experience in a high-volume environment; inclusive of document control, contract preparation and tracking
* Experience in recruiting technical and blue-collar related positions
* Previous experience in working with an integrated Human Resources Management system, preferably SAP is desirable and Vendor Management System, Beeline
* Exposure to compensation and benefits practices will be highly regarded
