The Role:
Our client, global and leading oil and gas operator are seeking an experienced HSEQ Assurance Coordinator for a 12 month contract (with the possible extension for the right candidate), based in Perth. In this role you will be responsible to provide Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Assurance support across the Subsea, Pipelines and FPSO activities during manufacturing, fabrication, onshore commissioning and transportation and installation.

* Coordinate the development and maintenance of the HSEQ Audit Procedure and maintain the HSEQ Audit Schedule.
* Coordinates Internal and External HSEQ Audits with the HSEQ member responsible for the packages being audited.
* Communicate audit schedule activities and post audit findings to key functional managers/leads and agreed Contractor management personnel.
* Maintain the HSEQ audit schedule by carrying out monthly review meetings with Work Package Leads, HSE and Quality Leads.
* Perform project internal audits of package teams to ensure effective implementation of project management system.
* Maintain auditor competency records for HSEQ team members leading audits for the project.
* Maintain the project Pims HSEQ action tracking register.
* Maintains the Pims Quality Action Module and associated dashboards.
* Provides Audit and NCR Statistics for the Monthly Report.
* Performs audits of internal and contractor training management systems.
* Other duties as assigned by the HSEQ Manager.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Experience & Attributes:
* Circa 5 years of major international offshore oil/gas project experience in a HSEQ Assurance role.
* Demonstrated experience with facility engineering, fabrication, commissioning, subsea construction installation, HUC of offshore fixed or floating facilities.
* Organised and committed to delivering both on time and with superior quality.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently in a Project Team environment present complex issues in a clear and concise manner.
* Ability to travel internationally.
* Proven report generation and data analysis skills.


* Degree in a science/engineering or Post Graduate HSE based subject or equivalent work-based experience.
* Lead Auditor qualification in HSE or Q management systems from a recognized industry body.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Auditor Qualification or associated certification.
