The Role:
This Global Oil & Gas organisation are looking for an Integrated Planning Coordinator to be the primary focal point for the development and production of their operating facilities integrated plan.
This includes ensuring all materials, services and requirements, to undertake the tasks, are available. This is achieved through close communication with all groups and the successful applicant must be able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and influence decision making.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain the integrated Asset plans to ensure all opportunities are exploited and constraints are identified and resolved prior to delivering the plan to Operations for implementation.
* Hands on experience using SAP Maintenance Management (PM & MM modules). Ability to pull out important information as required, update and manipulate system as required.
* Provide planning support to Maintenance Coordinators, planners and specialists to ensure schedule and commitments are met.
* Periodically review metrics/KPI's and reports from business systems to ensure planning performance is correctly measured and
* Continuous improvement with the planning and all associated activities
* Facilitate onshore daily Notification review meeting to ensure new approved corrective maintenance notifications are correctly scoped to allow planning and scheduling.
* Ensure correct bed usage through management of personnel on board
* Drive planning horizon towards 2Y tactical window
* Manage implementation rediness reviews and after-action reviews where there is a business requirement
* Supervision of Planners and support staff.
* Manage asset integrated planning meetings
* Support asset transition to late life operation and decommissioning
* Coordinate cross functional planning in the team
* Coordinate and gather information form SME's and between key functions

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Minimum qualification is Trade/Diploma level qualification in Electrical or Mechanical field.
* Advances Maintenance Management System Skills.
* Experience in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (SAP or other).
* Maintenance scheduling tool e.g. Primavera or Prometheus.
* Experience with Plant shutdown/turnaround activities
* Excellent written and verbal skills
* Proven experience in operational/production environment
