The Role:

As the Integrated Planning Lead you will be leading a team of 2-3 planners responsible for the planning and scheduling activities for the project including:

  • Developing, maintaining and updating the project's integrated project schedule including facilities, subsurface, JV and commercial activities.
  • Ensure an appropriate project baseline plan is developed and maintained.
  • Ensure schedule risks and deviations are expected/observed and communicated effectively with the project management team.
  • Mitigation plans are developed and carried out to minimize/eliminate schedule delays.
  • Produce accurate information for weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Define planning, scheduling and process measurement requirements to be incorporated in to contracts.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

  • Circa 20 years planning experience with progression through to Lead level
  • Background in integrated planning
  • Major offshore oil & gas project experience
  • P6 and Primavera Risk Analysis (Pertmaster)
  • Upstream focused project expertise
  • Risk management
  • Strong commitment to a HSE culture
