The Role:
The primary purpose of this role is to support the Decommissioning Delivery Manager in assuring the seamless integration of all functions (Facilities, Wells, Operations, HSE, etc.) across the Decommissioning Project. This includes developing, supporting and promoting the integrated planning necessary for robust decision making and tracking of progress.

* Manage interfaces between Decommissioning Delivery group and the Wells (P&A), Removals, Operations, and HSE teams.
* Ensuring robust processes and standards are in place and adhered to facilitate integration between the various functional teams and value-based decision making.
* Key focal point for developing the Decommissioning Cross Functional Execution Plan, including resource loaded schedule.
* Proactively monitor interfaces and ensure that appropriate cross functional collaboration is occurring across the project.
* Collaborating with the PM, PIM and functional groups to build a plan for successful execution of the Decommissioning Project.
* Maintaining visibility to ensure timely and consistent engagement with the project teams and associated business functions.

Key Responsibilities
* Engaging with project team and functional assurance team to track and ensure timely response to functional and cross-functional findings
* Ensure consistency and alignment between project functions by participating and facilitating integrated team meetings, as needed
* Support of the monthly project reporting process including development and QC of functional inputs
* Managing the KDL process and assuring that project decision-making is value based and carried out in a consistent and transparent manner
* Interface and coordinate across all Company functional groups to ensure project data is consistent across and between scope boundaries.
* Manage and coordinate discussions between stakeholders as and when required to resolve any identified inconsistencies, leveraging on the inputs from the PM, to drive towards an agreed project design basis / premise.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Bachelor of Science degree OR Trade qualified in a technical discipline from an accredited University / Institution
* Experience with developing and implementing project execution plans, from pre-sanction through execution and start-up.
* 10+ years of experience in the oil & gas industry
* Exposure to oil & gas operations and exposure to, with preference for, experience with offshore development

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
* Previous experience on decommissioning projects.
* Experience with typical O&G Operator Corporate Assurance Stage Gate processes
