The Role:
Our client is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator on a 12 month contract to coordinate recruitment processes, and recruitment reporting. You will be responsible for providing recruitment administration support to the Integrated Resourcing Lead and broader resourcing team ensuring recruitment processes are quality controlled and well documented. Key duties will include but not limited to:

* On-going recruitment tracking - including database management
* Administration of key recruiting processes including issuing of pre-employment due diligence steps (i.e. issuing of psychometric testing, booking medicals, reference checks, on boarding)
* Ensure recruitment documentation and personnel files are maintained
* Support end to end recruitment of both direct hire contractor positions and permanent positions for the business unit
* Produce quality recruitment metrics and reporting
* Maintain recruitment tracker and subsequent reporting from the recruitment dashboard
* Coordinate recruitment documentation and file saving in accordance to COP records management and HR processes
* Maintain recruitment files and documentation in line with company processes and policy
* Participate in resourcing meetings to support process efficiency and improvement
* Produce quality recruitment summaries and metrics (utilising both MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
* Support new starter processes

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

* Significant experience providing high level administrative support to functions with robust/rigorous processes
* Exposure to delivery administrative support in a function with high compliance and legislative requirements
* Exceptional attention to detail and data management
* Advanced MS Office Suite - in particular MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
* Highly developed organisation skills
* Demonstrated communication skills both verbal and written
* Strong customer focus
* Desire to run a well organised process, to a high quality
* Flexibility to manage the recruitment administration and coordination aspects of the role to a high quality


Desirable Skills / Qualifications:

* Experience working with large volume of data
* Experience in reporting and metric tracking
* Experience producing high-quality reports
* Experience with SharePoint & Spotfire
