The Reporting Coordinator is responsible for creating regular reports, ad hoc reports,

presentations, technical documents and other information formats during the Project FEED and Execution phases.

The role also assists in the review of controlled documentation and ad hoc project documents to ensure that deadlines, quality standards and completeness requirements are achieved. The role will also be required to write procedures and codify project system specifications and procedures as requested by Project staff.

Key Accountabilities

  • Produces accurate, high quality and timely weekly and monthly project reports
  • Responsibilities and presentations, aligned with the Barossa Project calendar timing.
  • Ensures Barossa staff provide timely and accurate inputs for reports and presentations.
  • Produces ad hoc reports, presentations, technical documents and posters.
  • Liaises with key Barossa personnel and Barossa stakeholders to provide information in agreed project formats in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensures project visual information displays are prepared and posted in a timely manner
  • Support all work scopes across the Barossa Project with internal and external reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Screen project information provide by Project staff and edit/request clarifications as necessary to ensure that weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports and presentations reflect the complete and accurate representation of the Barossa Project's activities.
  • Develop, update and present project progress/status information as requested to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Liaise with document control and information management personnel to ensure capture, storage and rapid retrieval of project reports, presentations and associated information.
  • Liaise with external publishing or graphics specialists that provide services to the Barossa Project.
  • Ensure project controls, document control, information management and record management standards are maintained in project information used in both external and internal reports.
  • Schedule project meetings including provision of pre-read and follow-up documentation; chair meetings as requested.
  • Provide back-up support to Risk/Reporting Coordinator in risk management and change management responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Business, Communications or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in upstream oil and gas projects, preferably in
  • project controls.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a project reporting role, preferably within
  • integrated project reporting writing on upstream oil and gas projects.
  • Familiar with the use of proprietary and custom computer software systems used for project reporting and communications, including MS Office products and systems.
