The Role:

The purpose of your role will be to provide end to end permanent and direct hire contractor recruitment.

You will deliver a comprehensive, well documented and quality controlled recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End to end recruitment including, position descriptions, approvals, carrying out job briefs, sourcing candidates, shortlisting, behavioural interviewing, new hire on boarding
  • Partner strategically with stakeholders to identify effective sourcing strategies
  • Execute the recruitment strategy, proactively communicating progress and managing expectations throughout the process.
  • Act as a key liaison with recruitment agency
  • Recruitment approvals and paperwork in accordance with company processes
  • Maintaining of recruitment tracker/s and subsequent reporting from the recruitment dashboard as requested
  • Where relevant and as part of the resourcing team, support proactive sourcing and talent pipeline practices.

The successful candidate will take accountability, ownership of actions and follow through on commitments.

Drive performance by delivering recruitment results through planning and execution without compromising on quality and compliance.

Required:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
  • Significant internal recruitment experience in conducting end to end recruitment processes for professional roles
  • Demonstrated ability to perform under high volume and/or Project environments
  • Ability to thrive under complex recruiting environments
  • Strong understanding of proactive recruitment
  • Ability to establish trust and mutual respect
  • Demonstrated professional white collar recruitment experience in Resources/Energy industry
  • Experience in working with a thoroughly documented and best practice recruitment process
  • Advanced skill in time management
  • Advanced communication skills both verbal and written
  • Flexibility to manage the recruitment administration and coordination aspects of the role to a high quality

Preferred

  • Internal recruitment experience, most recently however prior experience working in an external agency environment may be advantageous
  • Previous experience working with a recruitment database i.e. Taleo
  • High volume recruitment experience
  • Trained in behavioural based interviewing techniques
