The Role:
- Staff Contractor will provide engineering support to Upstream, deepwater, SURF projects and operations. Engineering support will be in the area, primarily, of offshore flowline and flowline structure engineering, however work related to risers and or marine pipelines may also be requested.
- Contractor may support a project directly at some point, in an Engineering Contractor office.
- In that scenario, Staff Contractor will use their engineering knowledge and execution experience to help the Project Team complete flowline or riser designs, including development of work scope, review of deliverables, SURF interface management, and general client team activity.
- Staff Contractor may also get involved with flowline and/or riser operations integrity support work, relating to client's production units around the globe.
- Staff Contractor should have peripheral knowledge of flow assurance, material selection, welding and corrosion disciplines to support their delivery of flowline/riser engineering services.

- Preferably, Contractor should have established history working with client riser, flowline, pipeline or umbilical project execution, including knowledge of EM global practices, engineering and project management processes.
- Staff Contractor must be willing to do some domestic/international travel on behalf of client, although it is not known to what extent that will be required.
- Staff Contractor should have strong communications and interpersonal effectiveness, be a collaborative and inclusive team member, and bring strategic thinking and leadership skills.
