The Role:
Responsibilities;
* Work closely with the line managers to determine the resource requirements and be responsible for the sourcing and hiring.
* Screen applications and participate in interviewing and selecting candidates, also conduct job offer and salary negotiation.
* Responsible for job offering and new hire process including documentation.
* Responsible for recruitment projects, such as new graduate recruitment, road show, open house, walk-in interview, etc.
* Cooperate with line managers to create job descriptions
* Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, competency appraisal and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments.
* Design and develop training and development programs based on both the organization's and the individual's needs.
* Manage the delivery of training and development programs as a training strategy for the organization.
Requirement:
* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Political Science, Psychology or related field.
* Minimum 10 year of working experience in Recruitment and Training.
* Experience from Oil&Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical or Engineering are an advantage.
* Strong Working knowledge of recruitment principles processes and best practices
* Able to communicate in English in both writing and speaking
