The Role:
We have 2 new positions for Rotating Equipment Engineers based in Perth, Australia. The contract will run up to 6 months based in the CBD.

The position will provide technical advice for rotating equipment across the company's operations that will enable the maximum business value of the facilities to be realised.

You will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, optimisation, and integrity of gas turbines, large process compressors, dry gas seal systems, large vertical pumps, diesel engines, generators etc

You will have working knowledge on the control and associated support systems including surge control, turbine controls, emergency trip and protection systems. Emphasis is on someone from an Operator background rather than a contractor / EPC / Service Provide / Vendor background. Ops support capacity rather than FEED/Project work.

1 x RE and 1 x Snr RE roles available.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* A degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Circa 10 years + in a similar role and plant (Oil & Gas industry) in addition to any other post graduate experience.
* Good technical knowledge of rotating equipment standards, systems and processes.
* An excellent team player
* Ability to influence others and communicate effectively across the project and business at varied levels.
