The Role:
We are now searching for an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to join our very busy site based team. The primary responsibility of the role is to provide construction expertise to both the contractor and company teams, utilizing an array of experience so as to ensure the best and most cost effective construction methods are used during early works and through to EPC execution for scaffolding works.

Other duties will include;
* Management of the main EPC Contractor in the direction and execution of all works carried out by Scaffolding Subcontractors at the Onshore LNG Facility
* Provide advice and guidance to Contractor personnel on Best Practice Scaffolding methodologies and practices.
* Provide advice on scaffolding operations to senior onshore team members, as required from time to time.
* Ensuring that all scaffolding operations within scope are carried out safely and effectively and in compliance with relevant legislation and applicable industry guidelines and standards, procedures and

Work Instructions.
* Monitoring Scaffolding Plans and associated Risk Assessments / Method Statements to ensure in line with Lifting Standards and Procedures.
* Monitor and support compliance to Project Cyclone response procedures with relation to Scaffolding works, structures and materials onsite.
* Supporting the onshore senior management, Technical Authority, discipline engineers and construction Leads in the execution of their roles.
* Providing the appropriate Area Manager - Construction with required project reports for inclusion in the monthly project report.
* Alerting the appropriate Area Manager - Construction to any perceived trends relating to HSE risks or transgressions developing onshore as they arise; e.g. early warning. Stopping any scaffolding operation for immediate health and safety and protection of environment reasons.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Understanding of applicable ANZS Standards and Australian and/or NT legislation
* Demonstrable experience in the construction of large scale Greenfield projects
* Excellent communication, supervisory and mentoring skills and ability
* Extensive onshore experience in a similar role including valid onshore tickets and/or verifiable competency as a heavy lift supervisor with a major lifting subcontractor and/or EPCM Contractor
* Relevant experience in planning and executing onshore scaffolding operations
* Experience of engineered scaffolding operations within the relevant scope of work
* Minimum 10 years' experience
