The Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Supervisor of Organisational Change Management, to provide support within the HR People & Culture department. The primary responsibility of this position is to manage and deliver organisational change projects across the business.

As the successful candidate your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Devise effective change management strategies and plans in line with business requirements
  • Effciently manage and provide support to the Organisational Change Management HR team
  • Identify areas of risk and resistance and in response effectively develop solutions
  • Ensure situational awareness and visibility of change, to the stakeholders and effected areas of the business
  • Provide change management advise to project teams and stakeholders
  • Manage the efficiency and utilisation of implemented organisational change

The Company:
Our client is a global market leader within the energy sector with projects in over 30 countries worldwide. Here in Australia, they are involved in one of the largest LNG projects with operations spanning exploration, production and downstream.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years experience in a similar role within the Oil and Gas/Resources industry
  • Relevant tertiary Business, HR or Psychology qualification or equivalent industry experience
  • Change management theories (PROSCI or post graduate Change Management qualification)
  • Proven experience in a project environment with understanding of project and change management approaches and tools
