The Role:
Top attributes the client is wanting from the candidate: Top attributes that would make a candidate stand out: 1) Previous CoW experience or credentials (AA/IA); 2) Operations and Projects experience - ability to liaise with all parties to get agreement for project delivery; 3) Technical writing skills - ability to modify and write Site Operating Procedures (SOP's), System Description Manuals (SDM's), etc.

* Responsible for Operations input in early phases of engineering to ensure operability and maintainability of equipment, development of operating procedures, training, and competence plan, support GOO construction and commissioning as agreed wit. K project leadership.
* Also expected to lead timely resolution of project operational issues while developing the team's technical capabilities and supporting continuous improvement of processes in all aspects of delivery of operational readiness.
* Degree in a technical or engineering related subject or suitable industrial experience.
* The successful candidate will have strong experience in oil and/or gas plant operations, together with a proven track record in a supervisory position with particular emphasis on safety and performance management.
* Work experience as AA, IA, lsA, PA
* Plant and process experience
* Detailed knowledge and understanding of the Upstream CoW procedure
* Ability to work rotational 14 x 14 schedule on North Slope

Degree in technical or engineering related subject or suitable industrial experience.

* Lead development of all Operating manuals, Operating procedures and Competence guides (SOP's, SDM's, etc)
* Provide Operations input to integrated Project/OP start-up plans
* Participate in HAZOPS, package design reviews, layout and operability reviews and FATs if required.
* Lead development, implementation, and delivery of plan for the CoW system for all phases leading to execute phase aligned to GOO requirements.
* Implement HSE and Operational practices, especially Control of Work
* Act as Projects focal point for Control of Work
* Manage and control CoW for projects areas, as agreed with OSM's
* Accountable for task, process, and worksite hazard identification and risk control measures associated with work performed and isolations implemented/removed in their area of responsibility.
* Support execution of activity plan through delivery of CoW requirement
* Develop and approve commissioning and construction CoW strategies, reviewing and approving permits and IDPS in line with execution plan
