Key accountabilities
* Ensure construction requirements defined in Cat B project procedure and associated guides and templates are met and ensures that quality and work certification meet the required standards.
* Drive HSSE and quality compliance for all demolition work.
* Verify contractors have adequate and competent resources available to safely execute their work.
* Accountable for successful Construction Readiness Reviews (CRR) and Authorization to Proceed (ATP) documentation before contractors' field work start.
* Verify contractors' work packs are reviewed and align with delivery of the work.
* Provide day-to-day oversight and direction of execution contractors.
* Accountable for the accuracy of work progress reporting by reviewing, monitoring and validating contractors' performance.

Required Qualifications
* 10 years of North Slope experience
* 10 years of contractor management experience in oil and gas industry
* Familiar with HSE procedures
* Some experience in North Slope waste handling
* Some experience in North Slope logistics
* Ability to anticipate and solve field problems
* Familiar with North Slope contractor community and services

Desired Qualifications
* Knowledge of drilling rigs
* Demolition experience
* Experience with Incident Investigation and IRIS data base

Essential job requirements
* Must have the ability and desire to own your work, to make decisions, to be proactive, to follow up, and to communicate effectively in every manner
* Ability to anticipate and solve field problems
* Experience delivering HSE performance in a field environment
* Ability to influence contractor's safety behavior
* Thorough understanding of regulatory permits required for various types of projects
* The ability to manage multiple priorities and possess good organization, facilitation, and group coordination skills
* Communicate clearly in writing and verbally. Ability to chair meeting
* Possess intimate knowledge of Incident Report
* Knowledge of construction regulations and industry codes
