The Role:
The contractor is needed to assist in the cataloguing of the payroll TD1's in order for them to be sent to records for archiving purposes. No scanning will be necessary.
DETAILS FROM RECORDS:
* crates of files stored in treasury needs to be inventoried and relocated into boxes which the records department will provide.
* The inventory list must be sent via email also placed in & on the cover of each box for proper storage off site.

SKILLS:
1) Previous experience as a Document Management Assistant within the Oil & Gas sector
2) Associates Degree or higher
