The Role:
Integrated Planning Systems Lead is a new function within Integrated Planning that brings support for a number of key planning-enabling systems together under a single support banner, providing a centralised area of application and process expertise.

Key responsibilities may include but will not be limited to:
*Integrated Planning Systems overall Product Ownership in terms of user support, maintenance, change management and enhancement
*Management of contracts and vendors support for application configuration and improvements (note: excluding support for systems infrastructure is the responsibility of IT)
*Liaising with core process owners for the management of the feature backlog and approval of changes, accountable for defect fixes and for supporting process stewards to ensure applications are lined up with intent and required performance of the Production Planning, Capital Allocation and Reserves Assessment processes
*Responsible and accountable for primary application support, applications licensing, ongoing testing, assurance and audit-related activities, user support, configuration changes, change control, user training preparation, maintenance and delivery, coordinating the community of Super Users, day-to-day supervision of the Integrated Planning Systems Specialist
*Work with key business stakeholders to prioritise and manage a backlog of application enhancements and defects, communicate with user group about changes, defects and system outages
*Manage multiple non-production application environments to ensure they are production-like and available as required for training and testing activities
*Identifying appropriate windows for planned maintenance and system downtime
*Must be familiar with troubleshooting techniques and processes to support users with application and process-related issues

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
*Agile ways of working - Scrum, sprints, backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria, Five Whys, Product Ownership, Visual Management Boards, stand-ups
*Aucerna PlanningSpace application support and configuration activities across all modules or similar planning/economics software, including support and maintenance of ancillary tools (Advanced Excel, Java Script, high-level knowledge of integration and solution architecture principles)
*Visualisations (Power BI and Spotfire knowledge)
*SQL (basic understanding to support the Database Loader in PlanningSpace)
*Risk management and issue resolution
*Contract and vendor management
*Stakeholder management
