Administrator

Role Purpose

To offer Administration support to Facilities and Indirect Procurement Team

Key Activities / Decision Areas

Maintain maintenance request log

Provide KPI's on a monthly basis

Filing

Monitor Contract Renewal/notice

Maintain Certificate Compliance

Maintenance Service Schedule

General Admin as required
