The Role:
Role Purpose:
- To work flexibly to provide accurate control of customer, subcontractors and company documentation in line with audit procedures and project demands.

Key Activities:
- Data Entry into existing electronic database systems ensuring accuracy at all times
- Organising print room requests in line with audit procedures using electronic systems
- Filing Document Transmittal Forms & Documents
- Copying and printing of project output for formal issued maintenance of print room records using electronic systems
- Photocopying and trimmings of drawings on demand, prioritising where appropriate
- Maintenance of printer, plotter and stationary consumables
- Data Checking
- Supporting and back up assistance for department in addition to providing absence cover
- Providing support in other areas such as distribution of post
Accountabilities:
- Responsible for ensuring accuracy of own work and that it meets time, cost and quality requirements of the company

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Must have a good understanding and working within regulatory systems
Ability to work unsupervised
Must have a good methodical mind and excellent housekeeping skills
Organised, logical & PC literate
Be self-motivated
Good written skills
