The Role:
currently seeking a Project Manager/PMO Analyst to help support the Central PMO through the reporting and compliance of business processes and IT projects.

Summary: The key skill area in this role is in support of the PMO for the Information and risk management function.

Responsibilities Include:
* Basic SharePoint administration including permissions, list and document library management
* Set up and monitor annual portfolio of projects in PPM
* Provide first line PPM support for project managers and controllers
* Provide onboarding assistance for incoming project managers and controllers
* Assist PMO Lead in producing monthly reporting package
* Assist project managers and controllers in setup and ongoing maintenance of project schedule and project budget/forecast
* Set project schedule baselines and advise on schedule performance index reporting
* Monitor submitted status reports for quality, including SPI verification against schedule
* Maintain overall CPDEP timelines for portfolio
* Perform analysis on shared resource allocations
* Perform analysis on budgets, forecasts, other financials as needed

Required Skills:
*Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
*Strong ability to work independently and manage time.
*Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
*Strong knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.

Preferred Skills:
*SharePoint experience
*Previous Chevron experience
*Familiar with Waterfall or CPDEP Methodologies

*Bachelor's degree
*PMI or PMP certification preferred.
*4-6 years' experience required in PMO, controller and/or project management.
