The Role:
Port Arthur, TX
12 months

Responsibilities include assist in shipping and receiving of client finished lubricants. This includes, but is not exclusive to:
- Schedule loads
- Prioritize loading/unloading activities to meet On-Time/In Full (OTIF) metrics
- Work with carrier and transportation team to meet daily loading
- Assist with processing customer issues
- Utilize SAP
- Troubleshoot basic system errors

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Schedule shipping and receiving loads based on scheduled orders, warehouse capacities and customer need
Allocate forklift drivers for shipping and receiving activities
Coordinate with forklift drivers to ensure orders are picked, staged and loaded in a timely manner.
Coordinate daily with the warehouse team, third-party logistic vendors and other stakeholders to achieve On Time in Full (OTIF) targets. Issue bills of lading and other necessary documentation to carriers. Investigate shipping errors or delays in a timely manner
Coordinate customer returns in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Intermediate or proficient working experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to analyze data to draw valid conclusions, identify root causes and solve problems.
Ability to work and communicate effectively with a diverse team of coworkers, contractors, as well as internal and external customers.
Ability and willingness to work an alternating weekly work-schedule (6am-2pm and 4pm-12am).

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
2+ years of warehouse dispatching or warehouse administration experience.
Intermediate or proficient working experience with SAP.
