The Role:
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities (Pillars of Programme Management) :
Delivery o Co-ordinate documents that introduce change called PDLs and PACNs.
Co-ordinate PDLs and PACN responses from the Manufacturing team to tight deadlines.
Support all AME functions to deliver responses to PDLs and PACNs on time.
Produce a weekly Key Performance Indicator report tracking throughput of above.

Quality :
Assist functional areas within AME to drive quality by ensuring the changes proposed in PDLs and PACNs is well communicated by the raising departments.
Ensuring the correct finance is in place to deliver the required change.

Cost :
Co-ordinate investment responses to Programme PDLs and PACNs
Track change & control cost driven via the change management process.
File programme costs in response to Programme Direction Letters (PDLs)

People :
Build excellent relationships with a wide range of people and be able to influence them to deliver data on time.
Demonstrate exemplary business behaviours to create a positive working atmosphere o Support the improvement of employee engagement & satisfaction (PULSE) within the team

Environment :
Ensure conformity to company environmental standards within the scope of the role

Safety :
Ensure conformity to company safety standards within the scope of the role Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested from time to time

1. Proficient using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
2. Strong communication and ability to build excellent relationships.
3. Strong organisational / time management skills

Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.
