The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Position Description:
The Opportunity: To provide support to the Aftermarket Purchasing team, to assist in delivering excellent customer service and key business processes, through the application of business rules to transactions. The individual will be an active member of the team and be able to deliver timely and efficient administrative duties. They will need to be proactive in their delivery and adaptable in their working style to achieve a variety of tasks within the role. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities: AMPS queries key administrator. Aftermarket supplier Achilles registration tracking and progression. Aftermarket suppliers import compliance administration and reporting. Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested Key Interactions: Global Buyers, Purchasing Managers, Supply Chain and Inventory Management teams. and the Achilles registration team .

3)Office Administration

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, changing organisation Detail orientated with good organisational and time management skills Proficient analytical and problem solving skills, with the capability to interpret data with consideration of functional priorities Above average written and verbal communication skills Comfortable with data management and manipulation Excellent IT skills ¿ particularly with Microsoft Office

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Some previous experience working in an administration role Proven track record of demonstrating logic and analytical thinking Existing knowledge of compliance assurance. Extensive data management skills
