The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Operate daily process that checks the completeness and accuracy of data coming in from the business (e.g. approved PACNs) Engage with business teams to resolve issues with incoming data and help drive activities to improve first time through Participate in testing of system and/or process changes to help identify and resolve defects prior to release to wider business Support general system maintenance activities such as data table updates (e.g. exchange rates) Assist in the creation and maintenance of local work instructions and how-to guides to support day to day tasks Help manage changes requests coming in from end users Provide education and advice to business users to allow them to benefit fully from the new system Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their role as may be requested from time to time

3 KEY SKILLS REQUIRED: 1)Ability to use MS Office applications, especially MS Powerpoint for reporting 2)Good data analytics skills with an attention to detail 3) Experience of working within a back office support environment

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred. Experience of working within a back office support environment Experience of working with cross-functional teams
