The Role:
Workshop "Front Desk" Fleet & Support Process Coordinator - PD workshops
Support of basic workshop manual tasks will occasionally be requested: e.g. parts & vehicle movement, house keeping etc.
Please note that this role will involve working on a 2 week rota system as below:
Morning Shift: Mon - Thurs 06:00-14:45, Friday 06:00-13:30
Afternoon Shift: Mon - Thurs 13:00-22:00, Friday 11.30-18:00
Skills Required:
- Able to "face off" under pressure, directly to internal customers demanding information & many varied services
- IT literacy & able to: - manage e-mails - input & manipulate data in EXCEL/Google spread sheets - adapt to bespoke applications that use usual protocols
- UK Driving licence for categories B and C1
Experience Required:
- Some knowledge of vehicles, vehicle workshops & their control and work management systems
- Vehicle Fleet control experience
- Technical administration & record management
- Use of Microsoft and Google applications.
Experience Preferred:
C&G L3 (or equivalent) in vehicle maintenance discipline or similar.
