The Role:
Position Description:
"The Opportunity Acting as an integral member of the HR Shared Service Centre, you will be responsible for providing front line HR support to Jaguar Land Rover employees. You will be responsible for identifying and responding to specific queries raised by employees through the Ticketing system and over the phone. This role is at the front end of the new HR Direct shared service and is a great opportunity for an individual wishing to progress with a career in HR. Key Performance Indicators Speed of Answer of Telephone Enquiries to Contact Centre. First Contact Resolution of Tickets received by Contact Centre. Considered responses given to Email and Portal responses Case Resolution to Tickets received Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities. First point of contact for customer, answering customer queries (telephone and email) on specific policy and procedures. Responsible for accurately understanding customer queries, and delivering excellent service to customers by dealing with as many customer queries as possible on first contact. Executing transactions on behalf of the employee. Identifies customer requests and sends them to the correct teams for management.Effectively utilises the ticketing tool by creating, accurately recording and managing customer requests . Responsible for documenting and escalating issues and problems as they arise. Redirects non HR queries as required. Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested from time to time Key Interactions. All Jaguar Land Rover UK employees. Trade Unions. International HR Managers Other supporting functions i.e. Payroll, Business Protection, IT, Company Vehicles, Manpower, Other HR functions, HRBP, CoE . Internal HR Direct teams. Tier 1 Service Operations and Tier 2

1)Excellent communication skills - spoken and written
2)Ability to work in a fast paced environment, working with a proactive approach to change
3)HR generalist/administrative experience

Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Essential:
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written. Experience of working within an HR environment, Strong ability to organise self to ensure prioritisation of workload to meet SLAs.Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a proactive approach to change.IT Literate including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel "Desirable: SAP Proficient including use of PB, PA and PPOSE Working knowledge of ticketing systems ¿ preferably CloudforService (C4S) HR Generalist experience with working knowledge of key HR practices such as disciplinary, grievances, absence management and recruitment. CIPD qualified or working towards qualification.
