The Role:
LOCATION: London Office

UNTIL 01.10.2017

About the Role: We are looking for a management accountant to support our expanding team. A new venture that requires a team member who is flexible in a changing environment and can help define the management accounting structure going forward. This role provides a great opportunity for the right individual to make a significant contribution to a growing company. Depending on the candidate, it also has the potential become a permanent position.

3 KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
1)Advanced working knowledge of SAP and HFM
2)Experience in modelling detailed Microsoft Excel models
3)Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)

Skills Preferred: Key Responsibilities: Preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of accounting records for the InMotion entity within SAP and HFM corporate systems, including intercompany accounts. Administration of the monthly payroll, and the ongoing control of income and expenditure. Accounting for subsidiaries, associates, and other non-controlling investments, along with appropriate tests for impairment. Provide assistance to portfolio companies as needed to ensure that reporting requirements are met. Preparation of year-end accounts, tax returns, monthly management accounts, quarterly forecasts, budgets, business plans and commentaries. Maintenance of key performance indicators and other business intelligence. Local point of contact for treasury, accounting and tax teams. Maintenance of service level agreements and billings. Tax analysis. Monitoring of local control environment. Support annual statutory audit and other compliance audits as required. Preparing management information /statistics as required by senior management.

Experience Required:
About You: A self-starter, with a high degree of pro-activity; being able to take ownership and responsibility, driving initiatives forward and making things happen. Agile professional able to deal with fast paced/dynamic environment. Champion for driving efficiency, process improvements and challenging the status quo. Excellent organisational skills with a close attention to detail, and a commitment to delivery. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Collaborative style of working. Absolute integrity and trustworthiness.

Experience Preferred: Technical requirements & experience: Solid and demonstrable experience in a similar accounting role. Experience of early stage venture capital an advantage. Advanced working knowledge of SAP and HFM is essential. Experience in modelling detailed Microsoft Excel models. Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
