The Role:


This role is to support NPP with:

- Converting PRs to POs, Running Various SAP Reports
- Contract Repository, Contract Repository Administrator
- Update the Contract Repository Online Spreadsheet
- Upload the Contracts in to the SharePoint
- Sending out Suppliers Ongoing Performance Surveys
- SRM Requests for Red Score & Risk Assessment
- Weekly Update of IT Team meeting agenda
- Updating Managers Tool Set with all the Savings Updates from the Buyers
- Log Savings for the Buyers
- Creating PowerPoint Presentations When needed
- Book Meetings
- Book Visitors to JLR Sites
- Printing and Scanning Documents
- Sending and Receiving Mail
- Supporting teams with any other admin enquiries
- Submitting Traffic Rate Agreements
- NPP Audit assistance
- Receive, prepare/ set up meeting...

3 KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
1) The person needs to have experience of working in an office and using an ERP system is highly desirable
2) No special skills required, and whilst working in purchasing is desirable, this is not essential
3) Good understanding of MS office is essential

Experience Required:

Bachelors Degree preferred but not essential. To have minimum an Intermediate Written and Spoken level of English. Good experience in Microsoft Packages and reporting tools. Experience of working to deadlines is important as we have essential targets to meet.

Education Required:

Having a Degree preferred but not essential. Intermediate level of Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word is very important. SAP user will be preferred.

Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.
