The Role:
JOB TITLE: PMO Project Co-ordinator Not limited to the following: This role will be to assist in the running and development of the PMO team within the Property Group. Tasks will include: Gathering and collating data from the project teams, including cost data, scheduling data, change impact data. The successful candidate will be expected to thoroughly check the data coming in and be confident in challenging any errors they find. Assisting in the running of the change process, working with the teams to understand the drivers and impact of change and helping to communicate this to senior management. Assisting in the co-ordination of meetings including writing agendas and minutes. Assisting in the monitoring of processes, ensuring that documentation is up to date and stored in the correct manner. Assisting in the development and running of ad hoc trackers/reports.

Skills Required:
3 KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
1)"Experience in a PMO environment with and understanding of change, baseline and cost management and experience at reporting on these. Knowledge of construction industry and the life cycle of a construction project. " 2)Excel Proficient, experience in developing and maintaining reports including using formulae, pivot tables and conditional formatting. 3)High attention to detail with the confidence to approach colleagues and senior management and resolve any discrepancies.

Experience Required:
Previous experience in PMO or reporting role in the construction or similar industry. Highly organised, self directed, detail oriented, numerate, ability to organise and track large amounts of data, personable and approachable. Excellent IT skills, with the ability to error check and correct issues in excel. Confident at interacting with senior memebers of the team.

Education Required:
APMP / Prince 2 / equivalent qualification

Additional Information :
This role could potentially become permanent, so finding good candidates is very important. This is a new role within Property and will be a part of the Global Property Team based at Whitley. If the role became permanent there would be opportunities to develop into a more senior role by taking on/owning more responsibilities. The right candidate will demonstrate a good level of competence at preforming a range of tasks under their own steam.

Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.
