The Role:
Project Analyst for Solihull non-prod investment projects within the Manufacturing Business Office. Responsible for consolidating monthly financial forecast including physicals and variance explanations. This involves interrogating and working with data in SAP. Has to develop close working relationships with the appropriate engineers, chase invoices and ensure engineers adhere to timings etc. Will also support the Solihull MBO team with day-to-day tasks relating to existing and new Solihull non-prod projects.

1)Financial skills -- ability to analyse and manipulate complex data tables. Must be PC literate and competent with Microsoft Office Packages (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
2)Project management skills -- agreement of delivery targets and timing plans, engagement of stakeholders.

Experience Required: Degree preferred but not essential. Candidate expected to have gained substantial experience in the above mentioned skills. Must be a confident and self-motivated individual and a self-starter. Both project management and financial skills (especially in SAP) are essential for the role.

Experience Preferred: Candidate expected to have gained experience in cross-functional team co-ordination; leading and facilitating regular meetings with stakeholders; creation and distribution of effective meeting notes and action plans. Experienced in dealing with SAP tasks.

Additional Information : The role involves travel between the MBO offices in Castle Bromwich, Halewood and Solihull. Valid driving license and car are essential.
