The Role:
You will join the team responsible for making sure our suppliers are setup and ready to support our new overseas manufacturing plant in Nitra. This role is time critical and it is important you can quickly immerse yourself in a complex environment, managing legacy and new systems and difficult stakeholders.

3 KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
1)Strong administration and organisation skills.
2)Be capable of managing an Excel data base and be able to organise multiple sets of data that are coming in from multiple and varied sources.
3)Experience of working in project support or admin role where proactive behaviour was required.

Experience Preferred: Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities. Coordinate and manage a section of the bill of material to ensure all parts are on order and a plan is in place to support the relevant build phase in Nitra. The role will require individuals to issue a communication to suppliers, follow up by telephone to ensure suppliers have provided the necessary data on time and to the correct quality. Manage the supplier responses in a database (Excel) to ensure responses are tracked accurately. Coordinate inputs to the management report, updating response rates and highlighting escalation issues. Communicate plan and status with both internal (e.g. Buyers, Logistics etc.) and external (e.g. Suppliers, third party support services). Understand requirements and dependencies from other functions to support the transfer e.g. Packaging data from Logistics.

Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.
