The Role:
The position will require an individual with excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, Project and PowerPoint who will be creating and managing a timing plan, as well as merging large pieces of data together and creating formulas and macros to pull specific information relating to the project. The individual will also be creating reports that will reviewed at Director level. Aside from the above, there will also be a requirement to work with relevant stakeholders on the procurement deliverables for the project, so good communication skills will be essential.

Key responsibilities:Creating, managing and manipulating programme data using different sources. Assist in the planning and organising of the project and operational meetings for the area. Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working across the different engaged areas and define best practices. Assist in the reporting of key programme metrics as defined by the area. Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested.

3 KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
1)Excellent MS Excel, Project and PowerPoint skills
2)Good communication skills (face to face, telephone)
3)Tenacious, good problem-solving skills

Able to manage and execute projects on time. An individual who is tenacious, results driven with the ability to deliver operational plans in a highly demanding environment. Education Required: Degree or relevant equivalent experience preferred Experience of metric and reporting delivery to support programme delivery

Additional Information : Based in Gaydon, occasional travel to ATU Warwick
