The Role:
"The Fully Active Suspension team is a dynamic and expanding team that has been formed to design and deliver a fully active suspension system. The system is required to significantly improve the vertical dynamic body control of our premium products in order to meet the current and future expectations of our customers in terms of ride comfort, dynamic handling and overall vehicle composure. The team are following the Technology Creation & Development System process and taking a systems engineering approach in order to develop a suitable system.

In this roll you will:
a. Be responsible for the requirement capture from attribute stakeholders, including i. Standards. ii. ISO Standards. iii. Legislative requirements.
b. Be responsible for the capturing and management of attribute targets.
c. Be responsible for the construction of system targets from attribute targets.
d. Be responsible for Quality / FMA activities including ownership of cFMEA and dFMEA. As Requirements and Quality Lead Engineer your role is pivotal in the capture and management of the attribute teams¿ requirements and cascade of their targets into system level requirements using internal tools. You will have experience in requirements capture and management for complex mechatronic systems and will be a quality focused team member. You will have experience of both the automotive industry standard quality tools and the FMA processes, specifically for Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Six Sigma and 8D problem solving.

Systems Engineering and Requirement Capturing
Demonstrated Failure mode avoidance Experience
Demonstrated competence at engineering drawings and CAD models.

Experience Required: "In this role you will need: a. Experience and knowledge of systems engineering principles. b. A proven understanding of the requirement capture process. c. A proven ability to convert functional targets into SI unit targets. d. A proven ability to cascade clear functional requirements at a component / module level. e. A proven ability of adhering to FMA methods. f. Previous experience of problem-solving tools such as root cause analysis and the 8D problem solving tools. g. To be ENOVIA FMEA Trained. h. DOORS experience. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an engineering role. Engineering Degree and experience using Systems Engineering FMEA experience
