The Role:
Position Description:
Support the soft services team to delivery excellent operation services to the work place. You will need tp be proactive ensuring key performance indicators are met along with the contract specification. Your friendly approach is key in working with others on projects which will require your knowledge on suitable practical furnishings which in turn will also help towards cost. efficiencies. This role will be based on non manufacturing sites and reporting to the Soft Services Manager.

3 KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
1) Conduct cleaning audits and prepare reports with findings. Liaise closely with the supplier in the provision of the contract service. Deal with concerns/complaints promptly Ensure all services are delivered to client specification and agreed service levels. Be able to understand quotes and method of costing in association with cleaning and other soft services provision"

2) Communicate with customers to ensure problems are resolved and requests are meet. Implement quality control procedures to ensure high standards of service are consistently delivered. To ensure that adequate products, equipment and materials are available to the contract standard. To ensure that products, equipment and materials are properly stored, used, maintained and controlled

3) Manage new facilities which require soft services provision which include delivering concept into area, manage costing, project manage supplier to ensure dead lines are meet. Manage cleaning schedules to include signing off works . Hold regular meetings with supplier. Assist in the development and delivery good practise and creating efficiencies in service delivery

Experience Required:
Sound experience in managing and leading large blue chip cleaning contracts. Tender writing (advantage). A high level of commercial awareness and sector knowledge to optimise budget management, service improvement is essential.

Experience Preferred:
"Sound Experience of delivering cleaning and related soft services contracts. Ability to use own initiative and prioritise workload. Must have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and can demonstrate effective problem management. Excellent customer service and relationship building skills IOSH qualification Membership of BICS desirable

Education Required:
"A good understanding of Health and Safety regulations. Excellent customer service and relationship building skills. Ability to use own initiative and prioritise workload
