Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.
A UK National Sales Company is looking for a Web Analytics Manager to help support the running and delivery of strategic insight and analysis within the digital, CRM and customer experience area. They will be directly contributing and managing the digital analytics - engaging with senior stakeholders and helping to deliver and drive tactical business change through forecasting and actionable insight.
3 KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
1)Provide strategic insight and recommendations based on identifying key metrics that drive business growth
2)Ability to assess campaign performance, UX insight and competitor benchmarking for the .co.uk websites using web analytics
3)Ability to work with and align multiple internal and external stakeholders on complex projects
Experience Required: Experience of successful setting up, and/or managing delivery of web analytics Demonstrate experience of giving personal commitment, leadership and involvement in delivery of a project or programme. Experience with Coremetrics/ Digital Analytics, Google Analytics or other web analytics tools
Experience Preferred: Digital experience and/or experience of transforming businesses through digital, physical and data transformation. Automotive experience.
