The Role:
The successful candidate will ideally be degree qualified and preferably of chartered status or equivalent. They will also possess extensive experience of multi million or billion dollars engineering, procurement and construction projects in the oil & gas, maritime industries. It would also be advantageous that they will have experience of multi-discipline cost centre execution, preferably gained in either a contractor and sub contractor capacity.

The role forms part of the organisation's Corporate function and responsible to the Project Services Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for all cost control matters after the Contract has been awarded. Key aspects will include the definition, updating and administration of company cost control management procedures relating to project execution. Additionally, developing and maintaining standard cost control systems and procedures.

Management responsibilities will include the recruitment and assignment of project staff and the providing input and guidance on cost control requirements for tender submission.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
EXPERIENCE:
 12 - 20 years relevant experience in the execution of major Offshore Oil & Gas EPC projects.
 Minimum Years of FPSO Experience: 5 to 10 years


QUALIFICATION:
 Bachelor Degree in relevant discipline.
 MBA or related professional qualification is an additional advantage.
 Ideally hold or working towards membership of an appropriate professional body.
