The Role:
Location: Kuala Lumpur

Tenure: Perm

Financial Perspective: Major EPCIC Project with Contract value in the order of 1.5 - 2 Billion USD

Organisation Perspective: Responsible for Management / Supervision of 2-5 subordinates

- Lead a team of planning engineers
- Provide planning direction and supervision for schedule baseline development, progress measurement, performance metrics and reporting, schedule baseline change control, schedule risk analysis and schedule forecast
- Advice on the application and implementation of effective planning techniques (earned value, schedule variance, critical path analysis)
- Support governance, formats, plan optimisation and planning best practices
- Support and advise on the definition of planning policies, procedures and standards required to deliver projects
- Lead the development of individual program schedules in Primavera that reflect all interface milestones and activity durations from multiple subcontractor & suppliers schedules and feed (changes) into the integrated master schedule
- Monitor and control schedule compliance in respect of project and contractual obligations

 Develop current working practices to successfully deliver major international FPSO through EPCIC Projects & Operations
 Supporting Company's ambition to be recognised as a leading provider and operator of 'High Value and Complex FPSO facilities'
 Working in a multi-cultural environment across multiple Countries and Locations
 Agreement on WBS, OBS and CBS
 Developing Schedule / Cost Baselines at the appropriate control level
 Alignment of estimating budget with Schedule / Cost baseline
 Progress measurement setup across multiple Subcontractor & Suppliers
 Structure, level and frequency of Project and Contractual reporting
 Management of Change
 Control construction quantities and productivity
 Maintaining a consistent and reliable schedule forecast

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
 15 - 25 years relevant experience in the execution of major Offshore Oil & Gas EPC projects.
 Minimum Years of FPSO Experience: 12
 Minimum number of FPSO Projects (throughout relevant phases): 4

 BSc. Degree in relevant discipline.
 PMP or PMI-SP Certification.

Specific skills required;
☒ Thorough working knowledge of Primavera P6 and Primavera Risk Analysis
☒ Basic understanding of either; COSTOS, HARDDOLLAR, Oracle Unifier, Cost Manager
☒ PROJECTOOLS and PMWeb experience
