The Role:
Lead, strategized, control and provide technical advice on Process Engineering and Technical Safety to ensure systems and equipment are at superior design and specified efficiently in order to effectively cost
the solution and protect client's interests and managing risk.

Job Description ;
- Strategized, lead and create value added solution and service by providing technical advice / approval and review, verify and approval (where required) on 3rd party deliverable and member of concept
selection activity
- Lead and provide technical review, design review and key member for assessment (e.g. HAZOP, HAZID, PIR, Engineering design) and technical / failure investigation.
- Strategies, lead and enhance MISC OBU technical standard, capability and provide assurance on compliance with applicable requirement e.g. international standard and MCF.
- Technical authority to approve engineering design and review / approve management of change
- Technical key speaker for MISC in workshop, conference or seminar.
- Strategize and develop engineers' technical competencies

Requirements ;
- More than 20 years of relevant working experience and more than 15 years of experience in engineering design, construction and integration of system in related discipline in O&G industries especially FPSO Deepwater projects
- More than 5 years in project management.
- Had presented 3 technical papers in international conference/ seminar/ talk in the last 5 years.
- Bachelor of Engineering in relevant discipline.
- Chartered Engineer/ PETRONAS principal/custodian or equivalent, with other oil major certification.
- Registered as a Professional Engineer with Practising Cert with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) or a member of recognized Engineering Board (e.g. IEM, ERS)
- Accredited to respective lead reviewer (e.g. HAZOP Leader) and certified failure investigation
