The Role:
Our client is seeking a SISR (Safety Instrumented Systems Reliability) Admin to support the SISR team. The SISR Admin will provide administrative support for all tasks to all SISR personnel through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Works to utilize standardize processes and procedures across groups for consistent output of reports and presentations

The SISR Team manages safety instrumentation functions and investigations on equipment for the refinery. The SISR Admin will be entering in all test results and shut down information into SLM Magnon.

* Provide administrative support for all tasks to all SISR personnel through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
o Basic administrative duties such as copying, scanning, and filing.
* Scheduling Visitors
o Process visitor passes
o Schedule any training needed
o Process badge apps
* Process MOC's
o Track current MOC's daily to avoid any past due dates.
o Assign action items to necessary parties
o Communicate to depts. status of MOC's and urgent requests.
o Ensure any SLM work has been completed as needed for an MOC
* Track dept.'s required LPO's / NLI's and update LFEF form and track SIS LFEF funds.
* Process Minor Maintenance work orders
o Coordinate with RWPP admin if we have any work orders to pick up
* Mangan SLM - Prosys
o Process test/SD paperwork from SIS Technicians
o Process Maint Events and decommission devices as necessary
o Provide information from the system as requested
o Update Test groups
o Add new LIFs/ SIFs as required
o Responsible for reporting and tracking SLM issues to Mangan as needed.
* Order materials and supplies as required and process any RMA's.
o Coordinate dept. SO's for any vendors as needed.
* Maintain SIS Homepage on intranet

* High School or GED required
* At least 2--4+ years of technical administration experience required
* Experience with MS Office Suite, SharePoint required
* Extensive Excel skills - build complex spreadsheets, pivot tables, charts, etc.
* * Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
* * Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
* * Ability to keep information organized and confidential. Good organizational skills
* * At least five years of administrative experience
* * Good with facilitating meetings and notetaking overall
* Candidates local to Pascagoula area required
