The Role:
Due to the current climate, our client has a requirement for a COVID-19 compliance officer to be based on their active substation site in Blyth. The ideal candidate should be able to monitor day to day site activities to ensure new social distancing and hygiene measures are in place and maintained across the site.

Main responsibilities:
- Ensuring 2M social distancing across the site
- Ensuring the well being of all staff with regards to COVID-19 symptoms
- Support site managers and supervisors in communicating the message across all the site workforce
- Work safely within the parameters and guidelines set out by the government
- Follow a structure and framework that can be easily communicated across all levels of workforce on site
- Help to maintain a safe and hygienic environment to avoid any outbreaks on site
- Regular audits of the framework and procedures to ensure adherence and effectiveness

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- HSE Background
- Site experience
- Proactive personality
- Able to engage staff and maintain HSE standards
- Able to take into account workers Physical and Mental health with regards to COVID-19
