The Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to cover 12m FTC (maternity cover).

Experience/involvement in a company divestment or JV role as well as TUPE experience.

Partner with business leaders in the relevant Division/Business Unit/Function in the assigned geographic area to develop and implement business people strategies
Support business goals and initiatives by ensuring relevant people capabilities and organisational effectiveness in close collaboration with HR network
Counsel and coach business leadership on the organisation issues and advise solutions
Represent business needs and provide continuous improvement feedback.
Apply HR policies defined by Group CoEs, including on labour Relations as defined in each country with Country HR.
Ensure people and organisational capabilities required in the mid-long term are understood and actioned.
Build performance culture in the organisation; Implement group and global business performance standards, KPIs, and targets to enhance business performance
Identify performance issues and take actions to address them in close collaboration with Location HRBP and CoE
Ensure competency development actions are in place to support business strategy
Implement learning and development activities to build and improve competence in collaboration with CoE and SSC.
Close collaboration with Talent Partners in CoE, set and implement strategies and actions to ensure a healthy and sustainable talent structure in the organisation, including recruitment, identification and succession planning on business critical positions, diversity and inclusion; Assess risks and coordinate actions to mitigate risks.
Monitor and control personnel cost development in the business and take corrective actions when needed.
Implement necessary measures and actions to facilitate change, including communication, organisation, performance management, motivation, recognition
