The Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced HR support candidate who has experience in dealing with a TUPE transfer process. The position is for a period of 12 months to start in July.

You will be supporting Managers and Senior Leader and undertaking the following tasks :-
- Manage data accuracy in system in terms of heads up to date
- Supporting preparation and readiness of sponsorship license and immigration requirements for the New Company.
- Supporting TUPE transfer process (including engagement with employee reps, information and consultation process and production of all related documentation requirements)
- Ensure that all HR and related processes and policies are replicated and updated for transition into new company
- Working with Management to ensure relevant benefits are in place.
- Supporting all HR functional work-streams in delivery of project plan.
- Support Senior HR with any tasks related to set up of providers (occupational health, recruitment, Apprenticeship levy, training providers, etc),
- Together with Senior HR leaders and Comms function, support with overall change management and comms plan
- Throughout project ensure working towards internal controls framework.
- Any other project related activities as directed by the Managers/ Senior HR Leaders.
- Support integration of new payroll provider
Support with full delivery of project plan for HR work-stream

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
HR professional. Demonstrable experience of working on complex HR projects, supporting comms, change management/TUPE.
Experience of working within three pillar HR model
High level of attention to detail
Ability to interact with all levels of management and different functions to leverage best outcomes
Result orientated
