The Role:
Following training, utilise software packages such as Outlook, SAP, Lotus Notes & ABB intranet links to Ask HR, My IS etc the main responsibilities of this role will cover:

- Raising purchase requisitions electronic & paper copy

Organising:
- Monthly HVDC Meetings & Communication pack
- Organising Team Building Events (typically 2 per year)

Ordering / replenishing:
-Personal Protective Equipment
-Buffets
-Stationery (including site start up packs for HVDC sites)
-HRG travel, hotels, Taxis (internal & external)

Training:
-Inducting new starters
-Holidays
-Travel support
-Time recording
-Obtaining identity cards & lanyard / car parking passes

Role growth potential:
-Office support to the Project Site Office Admin, for future projects.
-Including visiting sites and providing admin training
