The Role: based Warrington, Cheshire
An excellent opportunity has arisen with our clients based in Daresbury Park, WA4. Our client is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator who will be the single point of contact for the customer. (The role is contract, there is a possibly of the position being made permanent thereafter.)

As an experienced Service Co-ordinator you will be:-

The single point for customer contact - Building and maintaining sustainable relationship's with customer's. You will manage customer requirements and customer enquiries and ensure continuous communication.

Coordinate, plan, schedule and oversee all Service jobs with necessary resources, spare parts and logistics for site.

Manage and ensure that the customer's are fully looked after in terms of their contractual obligations and business requirements. (health, safety and environmental issues are competently managed).
Reviews the scope of the work and ensures that all parties fulfil their contractual obligations, particularly regarding claims and changes.

Manage the Service order process in a timely manner from quotation to invoicing and cash collection. Procurement and other office duties are part of this role.

The Service Coordinator will manage all required reporting and documentation. Ensures all necessary data has been registered in a timely manner in the system.

The role require the successful candidate to cooperates and coordinates activities with other client sites and teams to harmonise Service activities and to maximise Service sales at every opportunity.
(Ensuring the transfer of Service findings to the product/system)

Other business administration duties as required.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
As an experienced Service Co-ordinator you will have previous coordinator/scheduling experience within a similar role
SAP experience
Excellent communication/customer service skills
Accurate data entry and administrative skills
Excellent time management and multitasking skills
Methodical, numerate and assertive
Affluent in Microsoft Office applications

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Knowledge and understanding of Salesforce and other tools
Preparing bids/ proposals
Basic electrical Knowledge
