The Role:
To provide administration/coordination support to the Service department and provide a good level of customer service to both internal and external customers

Act as a central point of contact and provide administrative/coordination support to Service Department

Assist with preparation of Internal and 3rd party Tenders/orders/invoices etc.

Assist in the payroll procedures and ensure deadlines are met

Assist in purchasing of stationary and other associated office materials

Maintain electronic and paper-based filing systems

Provide cover on an 'as required' basis for the Service Coordination Team

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Excellent administration skills
An ability to work within a team environment and able to take instruction
Excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills
Good IT knowledge, using a variety of standard software packages.
Experience of working with databases essential
Methodical thinker with attention to detail
Ability to work to tight deadlines

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Experience in SAP would be advantageous
