The Role:
To provide administration/coordination support to the Service department whilst ensuring company policies and procedures are implemented and maintained with strict deadlines met. Continuously improve levels of information and customer service to both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Prior use of SAP is essential - must be a recent/current user of SAP

Act as a central point of contact and provide administrative/coordination support to Service Department
Assist with preparation of Internal and 3rd party Tenders/orders/invoices etc in accordance with Company policy and procedure
Assist in the payroll procedures in accordance with Company policy and procedure whilst ensuring deadlines are met
Assist in purchase of stationary and other associated office materials
Maintain electronic and paper-based filing systems
Provide cover on an 'as required' basis for the Service Coordination Team

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Extensive use of SAP is essential
Excellent administration skills
An ability to work within a team environment and able to take instruction
Excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills to interact with all levels of a business both internally and externally.
Good IT knowledge, using a variety of standard software packages.
Experience of working with databases essential
Methodical thinker with attention to detail
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Good understanding of SAP (Order Entry, Invoicing, Purchasing)
