The Role:
To provide administration/coordination support to the Rampion Site project team based at Twineham site whilst ensuring company policies and procedures are implemented and maintained with strict deadlines met.

1. Support of project team
2. Proactively support in the filing and control of site documentation received from design office and utilised at site. Ensuring correct filing sequence, control of issue and return.
3. Preparation of minutes
4. Progressing of site materials including skips, water supplies, etc., coordinating with Office SCM.
5. GRN of deliveries, control of delivery notes between site and Project SCM
6. chase Stone for outstanding responses
7. Preparation of daily reports in suitable detail.
8. Assist with monthly reports
9. Daily photo's named and uploaded
10. Ensure all document is uploaded on time

Act as a central point of contact and provide administrative/coordination support to Site Project Team.
Assist with preparation of Internal and external minutes of meeting and reports in accordance with Company policy and procedure
Assist in purchases of stationary and other associated site materials
Maintain electronic and paper-based filing systems
Ensure RIVO reporting is maintained for near misses and hazards, TQs and NCRs
Document Control and Reporting Issues.
Daily Reporting Spreadsheets
Using ABB Internal databases (Training Provided)
Managing all welfare and office facilities
Liaising with ABB internal purchasing
Support Site Team with Administration
Control Of Goods Inwards Paperwork

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Excellent administration skills
An ability to work within a team environment and able to take instruction
Excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills to interact with all levels of a business both internally and externally.
Good IT knowledge, using a variety of standard software packages.
Experience of working with databases essential
Methodical thinker with attention to detail
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Comfortable in Construction Environment
Process Driven and Disciplined
Able to work under own initiative
Other office related duties when required
