The Role:
Basic role outline is to provide Spares coordination to the department including order entry, raising PO's, Invoicing, Quoting spares, handling debtors etc
Act as a central point of contact and provide administrative/coordination support to Service Department
Assist with preparation of Internal and 3rd party Tenders/orders/invoices etc.
Assist in purchasing of stationary and other associated office materials
Maintain electronic and paper-based filing systems
Provide cover on an 'as required' basis for the Service Coordination Team

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Quotations/Estimating experience
SAP experience
An ability to work within a team environment and able to take instruction
Excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills
Good IT knowledge, using a variety of standard software packages.
Experience of working with databases essential
Methodical thinker with attention to detail
Ability to work to tight deadlines
